Additionally, we have our own in-house padding and coating machinery and are able to complete any order from start to finish onsite.

From digital textile printing to pre and post treatments to advanced coatings – the entire process happens under the same roof. Pretreatment for digital printing is included in the print price.

*All prices are per linear meter up to 1.8m width and not per square meter.

With no need to outsource any process, we are able to insure the highest quality product and an unequalled turnaround time. This saves our customers valued time giving them an immediate advantage over their competitors.

Fabric Treatment Methods

We are unique in that we have two methods of treating our fabrics:

  • 1. We either apply a single coat to the top of the fabric for sit on
  • 2. Or we fully immerse pad soak the fabric

We will select the most suitable technique depending on the needs of your printing project.

Our numerous fabric treatments are all formulated in-house and all formulas can be adapted to suit each individual needs.

Furthermore, we always have a stock of basic formulas ready to use. Remo Gorlei, head of fabric treatments, can formulate treatments according to your needs.
