We are one of the few printing plants left that still specialise in old school hand printing technique. All staff are trained on our floor where they learn this printing technique. Emphasis on quality is maintained at all times. Our experience of 25 years in this printing technique makes sure that all customers are in the best hands possible. 

Flatbed screen printing is cost effective for short to medium length runs.

High quality special effects can be obtained here, such as glitter/metallic/pearl/puff and opaque onto dark fabrics.

FAQS

WHAT FABRIC/BASECLOTH CAN WE PRINT ON? Cotton, cotton blends, lycra, viscose, linen etc…
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM RUN? There is no minimum, but price reduction when printing over 200m.
WHAT PRINT WIDTH CAN BE DONE ON FLATBED? Any width up to 160cm
WHAT SIZE SCREEN REPEAT CAN BE PRINTED? The design repeat must be fit in 16/32/64cm
HOW LONG DO SCREENS TAKE FOR NEW DESIGNS? New designs can take 3-10 days to put onto screen.
HOW LONG DOES SAMPLING STRIKE OFFS TAKE? If on screen it takes between 2-10 days.
DOES THE FABRIC SHRINK? Fabric may or may not shrink depending on the quality you can allow 1-5%.
IS THE PRINT WASH FAST? All fabric is heat cured after printing and is washable.
WHAT TYPE OF ARTWORK OR FILE SHOULD I SEND? A Tiff or a Jpeg with high resolution.
WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE DIGITAL MATERIAL? Then we can scan from the original artwork or make the artwork up from your sketch plans.
